By buying or joining From Survival to Softness™ (the "Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Program

The Program is an 8-week group coaching program with Urania Nelom. It includes the content, live sessions and bonuses described on the sales page. Dates and times of live sessions may change. If they do, we will let you know as early as possible, and every live session is recorded.

Payment

Payment is taken through our secure checkout at the price shown at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled according to the terms shown at checkout.

Your access

Your access is personal and may not be shared. All Program materials, including videos, audio, workbooks and recordings, are the property of Urania Nelom and are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell or share them.

The community

We ask every woman in the Program and the community to treat each other with kindness and respect, and to keep what other women share private. We may remove anyone who does not, without a refund.

Not medical advice

The Program is coaching and education. It is not therapy, medical or psychological treatment, and it does not replace the advice of a doctor or licensed mental health professional. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Urania Nelom is not liable for any loss or damage that results from your use of the Program. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law.
